CLIENT PRINT RELEASE FORM
To Whom It May Concern:
The bearer of this notice has purchased high-resolution digital files from a photography session with Kim Adelmeyer of Matty-A Photography, LLC. Bearer agrees that he/she may not enter any Matty-A Photography images into competition, commercial print or display, or transfer use permissions to another party without the express written permission by Kim Adelmeyer of Matty-A Photography, LLC. Kim Adelmeyer and Matty-A PhotographY, LLC retain the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).
Copyright and Licensing Notice
The images that are being provided to you are licensed to you for ONLY personal use including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and personal social media accounts. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature, and excludes any use on professional and business websites, social media platforms, and printed materials, Your purchase of the original files, releases Kim Adelmeyer and Matty-A Photography, LLC from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Kim Adelmeyer and Matty-A Photography, LLC from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant to Kim Adelmeyer and Matty-A Photography, LLC the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use, unless otherwise discussed beforehand. Matty-A Photography, LLC agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only. Matty-A Photography, LLC may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Kim Adelmeyer and Matty-A Photography, LLC retain all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.
Posting of any digital file or image to social media for personal use (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.*) OR, if you share or use any digital files from either Facebook, Instagram, Pixieset Gallery or my website, you may not alter the image in any way** and you must acknowledge business credit to Matty-A Photography, LLC. Business credit shall be acknowledged for a period of not less than one year from the date the link to images is delivered. Business credit shall be in the form of one of the following: sharing directly from a Matty-A Photography page, tagging Matty-A Photography, a mention of Matty-A Photography as the source of the photos, or posting and sharing watermarked images. Commercial use, use of images on any business web page or in printed form, or for any business purpose such as headshots or sharing of a family photo, requires prior written consent and a commercial use license. Commercial use may also incur commercial use fees.
*All web interfaces including by not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest – you may not alter the image(s) in any way by adding filters nor text. You may not re-edit, crop, remove the watermark, or alter the images in any way, doing otherwise is copyright infringement.
By purchase and use of any digital file and/or image, you acknowleged and agree to the above terms.
